Audio Engineer
Tim Snow
Tim Snow is a veteran audio engineer, producer, and solo artist with over three decades of experience in studio recording, live sound, and music performance. As President of Lighthouse Records, Tim has engineered and produced projects for award-winning artists, major orchestras, and internationally recognized performers, bringing a deep musical sensibility to every project he touches. A self-taught guitarist and pianist, Tim began performing professionally at just 15 and later studied classical guitar at the University of South Dakota under Christopher Robin Johnson. He trained with renowned guitarist George Sakellariou before relocating to Minneapolis, where he launched a prolific career as a studio and live sound engineer. Tim served as front-of-house engineer at the legendary Rupert’s Night Club, mixing for artists like Celine Dion, Smokey Robinson, Diane Schuur, Huey Lewis, and Buddy Guy. He also toured as Rupert’s Orchestra's sound engineer, later taking the stage himself as a solo artist opening for acts like Rick Springfield, Elvin Bishop, and Flock of Seagulls—earning a nomination for Best Acoustic Guitarist at the Minnesota Music Awards. As lead engineer and producer at Lighthouse Records, Tim’s credits include Billy McLaughlin’s Finger Dance (Narada/MCA/Universal), the Emmy Award-winning Starry Night PBS special, and live/DVD releases for artists such as Dan Schwartz, Sara Renner, the Minnesota Orchestra, and Keri Noble. He has toured extensively with McLaughlin, Jeff Beck, and Tracy Chapman as a front-of-house engineer. In addition to his studio work, Tim has taught recording and live sound at institutions such as Minneapolis Media Institute (Flyte Tyme Studios), Hamline University, and currently serves as an adjunct guitar instructor at the University of South Dakota. From stage to studio to classroom, Tim Snow brings a lifetime of music, technical mastery, and creative vision to every endeavor.

Audio Engineer
Gary Heady
Gary Heady, is a seasoned sound technician, musician, and theater professional with over 25 years in the music industry. He's played multiple roles in various bands, showcasing his talent on drums, percussion, bass, and vocals. Notable bands he's been a part of include Rythmicure, 2 Pc. Chicken Dinner, Matterwise, Stil Gravy, Foster Brothers, Stone Soup, The Eclectics, and Galactic Rodeo. Gary has significant experience in theater production, audio engineering, and equipment maintenance. For over 15 years, he oversaw 75 to 100 events yearly while handling audio, video, event lighting, and projection for the school district. With a background in technical services management, Gary has expertise in installing and maintaining pro audio, video, and lighting systems. His extensive knowledge in theater and event management, audio engineering, stage lighting, and video/filmmaking has earned him recognition and awards in the art industry.
